The Pre-Columbian Maya civilization used a vigesimal (base-twenty) numeral system.

The Mayans wrote their numbers vertically, each "digit" being represented by three symbols; zero (shell glyph), one (a dot) and five (a horizontal bar). For example, nineteen (17) is written as two dots in a horizontal row above three horizontal lines stacked upon each other.

This application converts Hindu-Arabic numbers to Mayan Numbers.
